Rates & Processing

  • FREE Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over $150

  • Standard Shipping: All other orders ship for a flat rate of $9.95 via USPS Ground Advantage (Continental USA only).

  • Processing Time: Our preferred shipping method is USPS, and our typical processing time is 1-3 days, Monday through Sunday.

Tracking & Delivery We will send a tracking number to the email address provided at checkout once your purchase is on its way.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing the checkout process. We are not responsible for incorrect mailing addresses, or for packages that are lost or stolen once handed over to the carrier.

Online Return Policy

We want you to shop with confidence! Because we pack and ship orders so quickly, we aren't always able to catch cancellation requests. If your order has already shipped or you simply don't love your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of the purchase date.

We will refund your original form of payment, minus the original shipping charges.

Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be unworn and in their original condition.

  • Tags must still be attached.

  • Items must be completely free of smells, deodorant stains, pet hair, etc.

We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange. If items are not returned in the manner in which they were sent to you, we will deduct a 15% restocking fee from your refund.

Shoes Shoes cannot be returned if they have been worn. They must be shipped back in their original shoe box. Please take care not to damage the shoe box—place the shoe box inside a polymailer or another shipping box to protect it during transit.

Damaged Products We take pride in our clothing and assure you of its quality. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@rebecca-james.com so we can make it right.

How to Send Your Return Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please mail your return to:

Please include your packing slip in the return package to help us speed up the processing time. If you've misplaced your slip, please include a note with your full name, email address, and order number.

Refund Processing Once we receive your return, we will process it within 2 business days and notify you via email. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the transaction to your account; we are not responsible for these banking delays.
