Online Return Policy

We want you to shop with confidence! If you don't absolutely love your purchase, simply ship it back to us within 30 days of the purchase date. We will happily refund your purchase to the original payment method, minus the shipping charges. (Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable).

Return Conditions To be eligible for a full refund, items must be:

  • Unworn and in their original condition.

  • Unwashed, and entirely free of any odors, deodorant stains, pet hair, etc.

  • Returned with all original tags still attached.

Shoes Shoes cannot be returned if they have been worn. They must be shipped back in their original shoe box. Please do not use the shoe box as the actual shipping container—place the shoe box inside a polymailer or another shipping box to protect it from damage during transit.

Final Sale All sale items are FINAL SALE and are yours to keep forever! :)

Damaged Items We take pride in our clothing and assure you of its quality. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@rebecca-james.com so we can make it right.

How to Send Your Return Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We are not responsible for return items lost during shipping, so we recommend using a trackable service.

To help us speed up the processing time, please include your packing slip in the return package. If you've misplaced your slip, just include a note with your full name, email address, and order number.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we will process it within 2 business days and notify you by email. Please allow a little extra time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the transaction to your account, as we are not responsible for banking delays.

In-Store Purchases

For items purchased in person at our physical storefront, we offer returns within 30 days of the original purchase date for store credit only.

  • Items must meet the exact same condition requirements listed above (unworn, unwashed, tags attached, free of odors/pet hair).

  • An original receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Just like our online policy, all in-store sale items are FINAL SALE.
